Simplifying digital signage capabilities to support large scale deployments
Amazon Signage Mobile App 1.3 — brings powerful new capabilities designed specifically for teams managing large-scale digital signage deployments.

At Amazon, we believe great products are built by listening closely to the people who use them every day. That's why we're excited to announce the release of Amazon Signage Mobile App 1.3 — a significant update to our iOS and Android app that brings powerful new capabilities designed specifically for teams managing large-scale digital signage deployments.
Whether you're an end customer running digital signage across a sprawling enterprise campus, or a CMS provider or reseller provisioning hundreds of devices for your clients, this release was built with you in mind.
Meeting the demands of large-scale digital signage deployments
As digital signage deployments grow in scale, so do the operational challenges. We've heard from customers, CMS partners and resellers alike: managing dozens — or even hundreds — of Amazon Signage Stick devices needs to be faster, smarter, and more intuitive. Mobile App 1.3 is our answer, highlighted by these key features:
Physical Remote Pairing via the Mobile App
Many customers use the Amazon Signage Mobile App to provision devices in bulk — but daily operations often require a physical remote. Previously, adding or replacing a remote meant extra steps and friction. Now, you can quickly pair a physical remote directly through the mobile app, making it simple to add remotes during setup or replace a lost one without missing a beat.
Batch Wi-Fi Change
One of the most requested features from our CMS partner and reseller community is here. When Amazon Signage Sticks are provisioned at a central location — whether at a reseller's facility or a corporate IT hub — they often need to be reconnected to a customer's local Wi-Fi network upon arrival at their destination. With Batch Wi-Fi Move, you can now reassign one or more Sticks to a new wireless network once the devices arrive at the customer site in a single action, dramatically streamlining the provisioning workflow.
Location Search
Finding a specific device in a large deployment shouldn't feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. We've added robust sort and search capabilities by Location, making it easy to identify, manage, and support individual Amazon Signage Stick devices across large sites. For CMS partners and resellers managing multiple customer accounts, this means you can now group devices by customer location during bulk provisioning — keeping everything organized and accessible from day one.
Smarter details, better digital signage experiences
In addition to these headline features, Mobile App 1.3 includes refinements that make everyday workflows even smoother:
- Device naming consistency between the mobile app and online portal eliminates confusion and ensures your team is always working from the same source of truth.
- Firmware build number visibility gives our partners, resellers and IT teams the information they need to verify device readiness before Sticks are shipped to customer locations and helps customers troubleshoot devices in the field.
Amazon Signage - Our commitment to you
These updates reflect something we take seriously: your feedback shapes our roadmap. The features in Mobile App 1.3 were prioritized directly based on input from customers, CMS partners and resellers managing real-world, large-scale deployments. We're proud to deliver capabilities that make your work easier — and we're just getting started.
Amazon Signage Stick continues to evolve as a platform built for the demands of modern enterprise digital signage. We're committed to investing in the tools and features that help you deploy, manage, and scale with confidence.
Update to Amazon Signage Mobile App 1.3 today and experience the difference these new capabilities make for your team.
